This Sunday’s 2026 Filsinger Games Perennial Virtual Convention, which serves as a kick-off to the company’s 40th Anniversary year-long celebration, will see the return of a legend from the organization’s start in the form of mystery special guest, original Champions of the Galaxy game artist Chuck Carter!

Carter, who served as the card artist for the first seven editions of Champions of the Galaxy (from the original edition to War Games 2093), is known for drawing some of the most iconic pieces of wrestler card art in the history of the game including Thantos, Wolf, Dreadnaught, Matador of M83, and Spike. Chuck will be on hand to answer promoter questions and share his memories of his time as an artist for the game as well as other projects he is currently working on. It will certainly be a fitting homage to the past of the game as well as a commencement of the Filsinger Games 40th Anniversary celebration!

The Q&A with Chuck Carter will take place between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST during the panel discussions with the Filsinger Games’ line teams. Tom will open with an overview of what is coming for Filsinger Games in 2026 and an exclusive sneak preview of the spring Champions of the Galaxy game release. Don’t miss it! Tom and Chuck’s segment will be followed by panel discussions, each of the Filsinger Games teams (Champions of the Galaxy, Legends of Wrestling, and Indies) will share their thoughts on the previous winter game line releases, as well as share news about the Spring 2026 game releases!
