Los Macizos have been putting Mexican Death Match wrestling on the international stage for almost a decade. For years, death matches seemed to only have a truly dedicated following among wrestlers in Japan and America. While Lucha Libre has never shied away from bloodshed, it was only recently that luchadors truly found themselves becoming heralded death match competitors. While some others might have helped pave the way as well, it is undeniable that Ciclope and Miedo Extremo’s international success and notoriety helped cement lucha libre stars as some of the toughest and most innovative wrestlers going. Using the toughness and pain tolerance they’ve gained from years of extreme match ups combined with their lucha libre training and high flying ability, Miedo Extremo and Ciclope have won prominent tag team championships in both the United States and Mexico.
Miedo Extremo and Ciclope join Big F’N Joe in the 8 card Indies Death match 2023 game edition. More names will be announced in the coming weeks. Preorders begin October 13th and cards will ship by late October.
