Vivian Vachon is the younger sister of “Mad Dog” and “Butcher” Vachon and at the urging of her brothers entered the wrestling business herself. Vachon was trained by the Fabulous Moolah and later feuded with her teacher when the two were both competing in the Northeastern US. Vivian won a few prominent women’s titles and was considered one of the top women’s wrestlers in the business in the 1970’s until her abrupt retirement in 1976. Vivian Vachon has been honored by both the Cauliflower Alley and the Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame.
